What we collect when you join a waitlist

Data Why Kept for
Email address To tell you if the idea you joined gets built Until the idea is built or retired, or until you ask to be removed
The idea and pricing tier you chose To understand which ideas and prices people want Same as above
Your survey answers (what you use today, whether you would pay) To decide what to build Same as above
The page you landed on and the site that referred you To separate visitors who found us through search from visitors we sent ourselves Same as above
A hashed form of your IP address To limit spam and abuse 30 days, then deleted

We do not sell, rent, or share email addresses. We do not add you to a newsletter. We do not combine waitlists across ideas.

Free tools on idea pages

Calculators and checklists on this site run in your browser. Nothing you type into them is sent to us or stored by us. Some tools offer to remember your inputs on your own device using your browser's local storage; you can clear that from your browser at any time.

Analytics

We use privacy-focused analytics that do not use cookies and do not track you across sites. We record page views and a small number of events (for example, that a waitlist form was submitted) together with the idea, the referring site category, and whether the visit came from a link we shared. We do not record IP addresses in analytics.

Turnstile

Waitlist forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to block automated submissions. Turnstile may process connection data to decide whether a request is automated. See Cloudflare's privacy policy for details.
